About Mobile Marketer

Mobile Marketer is like a magical secretary that can write, print, sign, mail and help you follow up your marketing letters, campaigns and proposals the same day you ask for them. This combination of software and fulfillment service is distributed through Nextel, T-Mobile and Motorola, so it can be accessed remotely via the internet from a cell phone, a personal digital assistant or simply from a personal computer.

Sales Automation Support, Inc. provides the Sales Support Center functionality to capture a sales correspondent’s signature, letterhead and localization data. They then work with the marketing team to approve Best Practice correspondence for same day fulfillment through their centers in Milwaukee and the United Kingdom. They will help you to gather the current mailing list data and effectively qualify your list. They support sales teams both large and small, working with Fortune accounts all the way to some sole-proprietors who favor the marketing expertise of the staff at Sales Automation Support, Inc. The one thing all users of the Mobile Marketer program have in common is that they sell high-value transactions where the value of a personal relationship is high.

If you want a more effective way to establish new high-value relationships give us a call for an on-line personal demonstration. Let us show you what other companies like Motorola and Nextel like about the marketing professionals at Sales Automation Support, Inc.

Don’t forget about Gus

I want to first thank you for being a member of the Broadlook community. To date, 90% of Broadlook sales come from referrals. While other organizations throw money at advertising, our commitment and support to the Broadlook community has yielded the best compliment that we can receive: word of mouth referrals.

Several times I have attended a trade show and received a “high-five” from a person who uses our technology to eliminate manual research and data entry. Usually, this is not the business owner, but a person who is in the trenches, day after day, doing research, entering information into their ATS/CRM, and making sales.

Let’s refer to this person as Gus. Gus is the lifeblood of an organization. Double the productivity of every Gus and you will increase your sales. Do you understand what Gus does every day? You may understand Gus’s assignments; you are probably the person that assigned it to him. But are you intimately familiar with the daily process that Gus follows to accomplish his job? A “just get it done” attitude often leaves Gus doing manual, repetitive tasks, holding him back from growing and gaining new skills.

Broadlook tools have a profound effect on the daily workflow of the average sales rep and researcher. Gus loves Broadlook. If you wonder why, spend a day watching what your people are actually doing with their time.

• Have you provided the right tools to make their workflow seamless?
• Are there portions of their daily tasks that can and should be automated?
• Have you instituted processes that would benefit from a more personal touch?

Finding the right mix between automation and human interaction is an art. Done well, your organization can soar. Implemented poorly, you will have unhappy, unproductive employees that are doing repetitive tasks that should be automated, leaving less time for the things that only a person can do.

Broadlook Technologies now sells seven software products focused on improving marketing and sales professionals productivity to increase sales while reducing your cost/order. I invite you to attend an interactive webinar with me to discuss process improvements in your marketing, sales, and recruiting activities. Reserve your conference room, bring the whole team, order some pizza, and don’t forget Gus.

To attend this event please call us at 262-754-8080 to register.

Broadlook Technologies Releases Desktop News Search Tool

Broadlook Technologies announces the release of Pulse, a news search tool. Broadlook Technologies specializes in delivering real-time Internet prospecting and customer relationship support applications for sales, marketing, and recruiting professionals.

Pulse is a desktop news search tool that delivers a continuous stream of news articles from thousands of Internet sources. Users create custom searches that precisely target relative news on an ongoing basis or per an immediate need. A “Keep me Informed” feature provides continuous updates on those searches throughout the day. Results include articles from newspapers, newswires, press releases, trade journals, and blogs all encapsulated in an intuitive interface. Users can send articles of their choosing to prospects and customers to enhance a relationship or extract the contact information from an article and purchase it in a database.

“The ability to take action immediately to breaking news and events is paramount to sales professionals that want to establish and maintain productive business relationships. We have talked extensively with our customers and it is clear that web-based news aggregation systems are not working,” said Donato Diorio, Founder and CEO, Broadlook Technologies. “The process followed to utilize web-based news aggregators and email-based news alerts are disruptive to the workflow of the productive sales professional.

Pulse is designed from the “ground up” for the sales professional to not only find real-time and relevant news, but to enable them to seamlessly integrate the usage, storage and dissemination of current news content into their daily communications with prospects and customers.
