PEWAUKEE, WISales lead solutions provider Broadlook Technologies today announced the availability of Ellis, its first service-based remedy for the challenge of keeping mission-critical sales contact information optimized. Using a proprietary six-phase process, Ellis transforms old, tired sales lead information into fresh, accurate and highly targeted data that keeps sales organizations productive and efficient.

While most companies maintain an internal contact database or CRM, Ellis, through its unique process, can dramatically enhance that database. The improvements enable a sales staff to sell deeper into a prospect’s organization, or to create new relationships and sales opportunities with current clients.

Ellis achieves its significantly improved and expanded contact information by way of three core elements: cutting-edge name parsing technology; its proven, six phase process; and its skilled researchers. At the heart of the parsing process is Broadlook’s unique relevancy scoring system that ranks the contact information it gleans from thousands of real-time Internet data sources. · Phase One—Consult: The consult phase focuses on understanding the organization’s needs by performing a needs analysis, then creating by an individual data plan, timeline and pilot.

· Phase Two—Consolidate: The process of acquiring, normalizing, merging and de-duplicating existing raw data from client sources.

· Phase Three—Scoring: Through both automated and manual means, refined data is separated and scored, based on client needs and specifications.

· Phase Four—Extreme Augmentation: Using its ultra-fast parsing technology, Broadlook extracts real-time data from across the Internet. Thousands of corporate URLs are prepared and scanned in order to produce the necessary new data.

· Phase Five—Transform: Internet data is sourced, extracted and scored; the results are merged and de-duplicated, then spliced and analyzed to create the most useful end product.

· Phase Six—Delivery: The sales organization’s personal Ellis consultant reviews results of the extreme augmentation; data is then loaded into the organization’s source system according to its preferred method.
